Course
The College trains students for the B.A.M.S. Degree course.
Ayurvedacharya (B.A.M.S.- Bachelor in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) is the only recognized Degree in Ayurveda all over India from June 1977.
The Course is envisaged by the Central Council of Indian Medicine, New Delhi. The duration of the course is as follows.
The B.A.M.S. Degree Course is of a duration of 5 ½ years
1. First Professional Course 18 Months
2. Second Professional Course 18 Months
3. Third Professional Course 18 Months
4. Internship 12 Months
Each Professional Course
period consists of 3 terms, each term with a duration of six
months B.A.M.S. Degree holders are eligible for Registration
in the Central or State Ayurvedic Boards. Their Status is at
per with any Other Medical graduates in India. They are
eligible for appointment in Central or State Govt. Ayurvedic
Medical Services.
